Excellent! Got one of these today (albeit from Argos at £22 cheaper)to take on our holiday to Egypt in a couple of weeks’ time. First impressions are good. Feels a bit lighter in the hand than one might have expected (pretty much all plastic components). Outside of that the build quality appears to be good. It is dead easy to operate and my 10 year old daughter mastered it in no time at all. She tested it thoroughly in the bathroom basin so we know the waterproofing is sound. Time will tell if that holds true for longer periods of use in the ocean. Image quality is good. The battery can only be charged by removing it and inserting it in the supplied charger (to be expected given that it is a waterproof camera). Depending on how good the battery life is you may therefore lose the use of the camera for a period of time. Having said that, the first charge was really quick (about an hour).It has a cool feature which is the ability to set the time zone of your holiday destination and…

Great Camera Fantastic pictures, Don’t panic if the lens mists, just leave side panel open for 10 mins.Would have give 5 but had the camera freeze on the Lumix splash screen that didn’t allow me to switch off. It happened whilst I was underwater so couldn’t pull the battery out at the time 🙁
