Do not order from this company I ordered this computer based on the amount of good reviews it had so I thought it must be fairly good, even if I hadn’t heard of the brand before. It arrived quite quick, so no problems there. However, whilst trying to set the computer up, it would continuously either freeze or the screen would go black. I contacted the seller about this and he told me to send him the hard drive. I don’t know how to take hard drives out (I don’t know much about the inside of computers) so he said that he would get the computer picked up and return it to me fixed accompanied with a games voucher for my troubles. It took about a week to get the computer back. There was no trace of the games bundle voucher but an email to OCHW sorted that out (replies were very quick and courteous). It is necessary to remember that this is just the machinery and if you want a PC that is ready to turn on and go then get one at Dell or Argos and pay double. When I was setting it up there were two problems; The first was a…
