Yes it is full Windows in a small tablet, but too many flaws to recommend The Iconia W3 is an 8.1″ tablet running the full Intel version of Windows 8, which means you can run most Windows apps. It also comes with Microsoft Office Home Premium in the box. If you need to run proper Word, Excel or PowerPoint on a small tablet, this is for you. There is little to complain about in the specs. Intel’s Atom processor is optimized for efficiency rather than performance, so this is slow compared to a typical laptop, but it is good enough, and noticeably faster than Microsoft’s Surface RT which runs the locked-down ARM version of Windows 8. For example, the W3 completed the SunSpider 1.0 JavaScript test in 671.5ms, versus 1029.2ms on Surface RT, and that chimes with my general impression of comparative performance. You also get HDMI out, a MicroSD slot for up to 64GB additional storage, Micro USB, headset port, microphone and front and rear cameras so you can easily do video chat or take occasional photos and video. Now for a few…

Good Enough for the size/price for productivity drive use cases I needed a small tablet for work that would allow me to use Office and browse the web etc. Nothing Heavy duty. This does the task well enough. Though as a pure tablet the ipad mini is better but as a productivity device this is much more useful in meetings to take notes or to look at powerpoint on the train. Sometimes there is a lag when I overlead with multiple files open or open movie clip with spreadsheets running in the background but for the price and what I really need it for this is a good buy. The price is right anout what I would be willing to pay for it and the Office bundled in for free is a bonus.
